We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and creative Preschool Teacher to provide a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities that support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive lessons and activities aligned with the preschool curriculum.
• Foster a positive, caring, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain developmental records.
• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children at all times.
• Develop children's language, literacy, numeracy, motor, and social skills through play-based learning.
• Manage classroom behavior positively and effectively.
• Prepare teaching materials, learning aids, and classroom displays.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and development.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and training programs.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and learning resources.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management to achieve academic objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• NTT, D.El.Ed., B.Ed., Montessori Training, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in preschool or early childhood education.
• Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for teaching may also apply.

Working Conditions
